Some good friends of mine, Peter and, Susan have set off on their adventures around the world. Pete decided to set up a blog to document their travels - aroundaboutway.com

It's an awesome mashup of technologies and techniques :)

• Smart, tidy design work by Pete
• Wordpress Blogging Engine
• Photos hosted on Flickr with...
• ... a nice image slideshow to display them inline
• Audio clips of their travels playable whilst navigating photos (Pete is taking audio samples of places he visits, a wonderful idea!)
• Integrated Google maps showing where each blog post was made, as they travel across europe.

I love this blog because it weaves technology together in a smart way. It's nothing new really, but a great example nonetheless.
