NHibernate in Action 2nd Edition - Your Opinion

nhibernate ~ .net

09 Apr, 2009

NHibernate in Action went on sale only three months ago, and the book team has turned it’s attention to a 2nd edition. The first step is for us to plan what the new version of the book will entail. So – dear readers – I’d like to get your opinion on this. What would you like to see in the 2nd edition?

Here’s a few factors to consider:

  • We aim to publish the book in 2010 Q1
  • We think the book should target NHibernate 3.0 API and .NET 3.5

Some questions to consider:

  • Are there any topics, features or technologies you’d like to see discussed in the book?
  • Or, is there anything you read in the first book that should be removed?
  • Are there any satellite projects you’d like the book to cover, such as Fluent NHibernate or Burrow?

Thoughts welcome.
